This new property offers a very high standard of accommodation throughout. Comprising an open plan living area with very modern kitchen, a dining conservatory, 4 large double bedrooms – 2 with ensuite facilities, 4 bathrooms and a games room there is ample space for large families or two families holidaying together. The open plan living area includes a 40" cable TV and a solid fuel stove. The fully equipped kitchen contains an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and a gas hob. Additional space is offered in the conservatory where guests may dine with spectacular views across the water. The four large double bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, have all bed linen included. The property also has a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bath. On the first floor is a games room containing a full size snooker table, darts board & a foosball machine. Beltra House has full oil fired central heating and an open fire in the sitting room. All bed linen, electricity, gas and solid fuel is provided free of charge. Other facilities include an iron and ironing board. A booking deposit of 100 Euros per week is required, with the balance to be paid four weeks prior to the letting period. Prices are also available in GB pounds. |

Nearby (3 km) is the fabulous Ballyliffin golf club and in the village of Ballyliffin are four great hotels for dining out. A car ferry service operates nearby from Greencastle and guests can visit The Giants Causeway and Bushmill's Distillery, two of Northern Ireland's top attractions. The nearby "Famine village" is a great attraction with shows running daily during the summer months. The village then turns into the spectacular Lapland during the Christmas period. County Donegal's largest town, Letterkenney, is a 45 minute drive away and Northern Ireland's historic town of Derry is only a 35 minute drive away for good shopping.
